My plan to eat healthier

Here are 5 things i'm going to do every day in order to be more healthy. Feel free to join me:)

1. Have at least one fruit or vegetable with every meal.
2. Exercise for 30 minutes every day.
3. One treat only per day.
4. One soda per day.
5. T. V. For only one hour a day.
